This is a school assignment???? holy heck 
I really like the colors and liveliness of this!! It's so pretty! 

The perspective's pretty good! Though I noticed the water is blurred but only in the splash zone, and a lot of details in the same depth/area are still really sharp (ex. the reflection in the water, her shoe, etc.) and other areas are really sharp but wouldn't be if this was a scene taken with a camera (ex. if the focus is mostly the girl's face, the umbrellas above her and the lightposts behind her would be fairly blurred due to distance), so it could help to increase the sense of depth if you amped up the blur in certain areas and chose a main focal point to leave clear. :>
